ARRIVAL TIME:

Please arrive 5 minutes early for your treatment to change and relax. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times.  Thank you for your understanding.

RESERVATIONS:

To ensure your preferred time and service, we recommend booking in advance. A 50% deposit of the treatment value is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

RESCHEDULING:

Please be respectful of our time when you choose to reschedule and please try to not reschedule multiple times as someone else could have booked that appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 3 days’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest.

However, we do understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate when possible.

Frequent rescheduling may affect your ability to secure future bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancelling 24 to 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your booked treatment, which will be automatically deducted via our booking system.

Cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-shows” will result in a 100% charge of your booked treatment, automatically deducted via our booking system.

This applies to all bookings, including gift card reservations, which will be deemed void for cancelled treatments without sufficient notice.

Booking with us and confirming your appointment means you agree to these terms and conditions.

Frequent cancellations may limit your ability to secure future bookings.

HEALTH CONDITIONS:

For your safety, please inform our staff at the time of booking about any medical or health conditions, allergies, injuries, or if you are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy. We recommend discussing with your doctor to determine which treatments are safe for you.

GIFT CARD/ PACKAGES

*Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

*Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be reclaimed.

*Not redeemable for cash, refund or reloads.

*To secure appointments on late evenings, weekends, or public holidays, we recommend providing a minimum of one-week advance notice.

*Gift cards are recognized for their purchased dollar value in case you choose a different treatment, not the original treatment's value.

PREGNANCY ADVISORY:

Please inform us of your pregnancy at the time of booking. Certain spa treatments may require you to be in your second trimester, and some may not be suitable for pregnant guests. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.

PRIVACY:

Rest assured, all personal information shared with Skinsations Femme Salon will be kept private and confidential.

SECURITY NOTICE:

For your safety, we recommend leaving valuables at home, as we cannot take responsibility for any items left on the premises.
